Invasive phragmites grass is no match for amphibious Truxor machine

City naturalist Karen Cedar said a private contractor was brought in to the Spring Garden Natural Area this spring with an amphibious machine called a Truxor. It helped remove phragmites grass and allow native plants to grow again.
